Yay. I was considering maybe going blonde blonde. Then I saw this model and said “no wait.” That’s the color my hair turns when I use Golden Blonde by Loreal Paris. So for about $10, I can get the models blondish brown color. For extra blonde highlights, what if I  start swimming (in the ocean or my pool) all summer? What if I do? Blonde highlights could happen! If I swim in the ocean and hang around the beach I’ll get more Golden Blonde hair then if I don’t. File under DIY blondish highlights from the sun. #winning That’s the newstylechicks newest theory of DIY blonde hair.

If you’ve burned out on boring Saturday routines, try this excellent “crochet for a beginner.” You’d be amazed at how easy crochet really is. Just don’t give up to soon. Try this one.  When you get good (after enough practice) you can make Martha’s Crochet Bunny. It’s a free pattern! I’m making this one for my daughter. I absolutely love the Martha bunny.

Dear General Counsel at Tumblr

Maybe you should realize that under USGov Fair Use Law, content (which includes images) can be reblogged from tumblr to other sites, other blogs and there is nothing you can say that gives you any ground to say a tumblr user has breached your TOS. Fair Use trumps your TOS rules Furthermore platforms such as, Tumblr and Pinterest do NOT in fact own image content just because it’s been “tumbled (tumblr) or pinned (pinterest)” regardless of what your legal mumbo jumbo says.

I signed your TOS because you illegally tracked and intercepted my IP and forced me to sign it. But I rescind that signing (because its illegal in the way you coerced my signing of it) and point out to you, that if you tamper with my Tumblr account in anyway on any ground of violating terms of service you will be infringing on my fair use rights which gives me standing to take you to court. So if I were you I’d go back to Harvard, and re-take constitutional law so that you can better understand that in the USA we have fair Use protections and the court did not intend for you to abuse that right in order to hoard content that never belonged to you in the first place just so you can police the internet as SOPA wanted to do and to which you pretended to be anti SOPA. You are not anti sopa now. I doubt that you ever were.
